Thanks to a generous grant from Kaiser Permanente, we are able to offer swim lessons for up to 90 percent off for qualifying* kids.

That’s right. Kaiser Permanente and Mount Rainier Pool are dedicated to making sure that all kids, regardless of their economic backgrounds, have a chance to establish great fitness habits, expand their recreational and educational opportunities and quite possibly enhance their academic scores.

We’re reducing the cost of swim lessons by as much as 90 percent for kids eligible for Free Lunch attending certain schools within either the Highline or Federal Way school  districts.

We’ll reduce the cost of swim lessons by 75 percent for kids eligible for Reduced Lunch who attend those same schools.

Students must be enrolled in kindergarten through 8th grade at one of these schools in the Highline or Federal Way school districts:

Des Moines Elementary

Madrona Elementary

Mark Twain Elementary

Marvista Elementary

Midway Elementary

North Hill Elementary

Pacific Middle School

Parkside Elementary

Star Lake Elementary

Sunnycrest Elementary

Totem Middle School
